You may have received some mail related to your Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage recently.

Jana McKinney, McPherson County Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent, says this is your Annual Notice of Change, or ANOC.

“We want to look at that, because your premium can change, the formulary can change,” McKinney said. “I know the deductible will go from $320 up to $360, so $40 additional.”

If you have an questions about the changes, or about Medicare Part D in general, McKinney is happy to help, as she is a Senior Health Insurance Counselor in Kansas.

“I'm happy to help you go shopping and see what we can do to save you money,” McKinney said. “So give me a call, as I'm starting to set up appointments.”

McKinney says appointments start October 15. For more information, you can call her at the McPherson County Extension Office at 241-1523.
