CANTON — It’s “game on” for the Canton-Galva Eagles.
There had been wide speculation about the Eagles’ home football game Friday against Central Plains being cancelled due to a lack of numbers for C-G.
However, the school announced this morning it would have eight players available for the 7 p.m. game against the state’s No. 1-ranked team. As of Wednesday, only seven players had been cleared to play, but an eighth was cleared this morning.
The Eagles are 1-3 on the season.
