McPherson County road crews will be out starting today restriping McPherson city streets.
The city will employ follow behind warning vehicles to slow or, in some instances, block vehicles from accessing roadways with recently painted stripes. The paint is applied in a way that should allow it to dry quickly, but, due to variables in air temperature and humidity, a guaranteed time can't be guaranteed.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid driving over any and all lines that appear to be wet. The City of McPherson also does not accept financial liability with any alleged damages associated with drivers going through wet pain on a city street or any other location.
If you have any questions, contact the Public Works Department at 245-2545.
Restriping is expected to last through Friday.
