Two arrested at Taco Bell on drug charges

Two people, one a juvenile, were arrested on drug charges Monday afternoon by McPherson Police officers and officers from the Drug Task Force.

Officers were called out to Taco Bell, 2115 E. Kansas Ave., around 12:30 p.m. Monday on a report of suspicious subjects around the restaurant. They arrested Andy K. Sithara, of Salina, on charges of felony possession with the intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. A female juvenile was also arrested on charges of felony possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.

Sithara was booked into the McPherson County Jail on a bond of $ 12,100. The female was turned over to juvenile intake.
