Roger Trimmell and Jonathan Coachman were inducted into the McPherson College Hall of Fame on Saturday.

Trimmell played and coached at McPherson College. He led the Bulldogs for 26 years, accumulating the most wins in KCAC coaching history. Coachman was a former KCAC MVP and holder of many Mac records. He is now a prominent anchor for ESPN. He has come a long way since his infant broadcasting days when he did play-by-play for KNGL-KBEE along with Erik Vogel.

The ceremony drew a standing-room-only crowd, or “SRO” as Trimmell always liked to refer it as.

A column about Trimmell and Coachman was posted in the Sell on Sports link on Friday.
