McPherson College’s Breelyn Petty had an outstanding week for the Bulldogs last week and the result was the KCAC Offensive Soccer Player of the Week award announced on Monday.

Petty had six points on two goals and two assists.

Her goals were two outstanding free-kicks. One was a game-winner and other one the tying goal on the road. Her two assists were on a game-tying goal and a game-winner in the closing seconds on the road at Sterling.

In that match, Mac won a corner kick with less than 30 seconds to play. She grabbed the ball with the final 10-second countdown already starting and served a pass to Rhea Vale, who scored on a header with 2 seconds left in the game for the victory.
