The president of Hesston College announced his intent to step down at the end of the current academic year.
Hesston President Howard Keim made the announcement Thursday that he will end his term as the college's eighth president after 11 years.
“I am grateful for the trust that has been placed in me the last decade as I have served Hesston College,” Keim said in a press release. “I have always viewed myself as a steward, not an owner of the office of president, and it has been my goal to ensure students are well-served and the mission of the college was advanced and strengthened and for the future.”
He will continue to serve until June.
