McPherson City Commission to discuss Eshelman street parking, New Construction Housing Incentive

The McPherson City Commission meets this morning, with a number of topics coming up in study session.

The regular session will see items from BPU General Manager Tim Maier, fire chief Jeff Deal, Community Development Director Tom Stinemetze and lead building inspector Bill Athey.

The commission will also hear from Public Works Director Jeff Woodward and City Administrator Nick Gregory.

After the meeting, the commission will hold several study sessions, including a discussion on both the elimination of street parking on Eshelman and on the extension of the New Construction Housing Incentive Program.

This morning's meeting of the McPherson City Commission begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Municipal Center on East Kansas Avenue.
