Manhattan Christian was to have competed here this weekend in Central’s Classic for Christ, but pulled out after the tragic death last week of Thunder freshman Sally Rowell, an El Dorado High graduate. CCC officials said the game is on for tonight. A celebration of life for her was held on Saturday.
The Central men are looking to make it five wins in six games. They went 2-0 in their Classic last week with hard-earned victories over Grace University and KCAC member Oklahoma Wesleyan.
The Tigers were 3-0 last week, as they also knocked off McPherson College. They play an exhibition game on Wednesday at Fort Hays State.
