LARNED — It was a pair of runaways for the Hesston Swathers at home tonight.
The Swather girls bounced back from their loss on Tuesday to Kingman by flooring Larned, 53-18.
Running clock was in play after three quarters and Hesston wound up adding only one point in the final period.
Cami Richardson drained four 3-pointers and scored 14 points to lead Hesston. Kailey Jo Ince and Katelyn Hageman added 11 apiece.
Hesston’s boys were all over Larned, 59-31. The Swathers came out firing with a 22-10 lead after a quarter and 40-20 advantage at the half.
Scott Duerksen led three Swathers in double digits with 16 points. Zach Esau scored 15 and Zach Vogt tallied 13. Cole McCreary just missed twins with nine
