It was a landslide for McPherson’s seventh-grade girls here Thursday.

The A-team overwhelmed Derby, 69-10. Lillia Diggs’ 14 points led the way, followed by Kenzee Godwin with 12, and Kassidy Beam and Lexi Kynaston scored 10 apiece.

The B-team amazingly held Derby scoreless in a 64-0 rout. Shelby Yowell was on fire with 22 points.

Both MMS teams are 10-0.

“We had great ball movement in both games tonight to get everyone involved,” Bullpup coach Jacque Gehrt said. “For the first time this season, every girl on the team scored.”

MMS plays Monday at Andover.

MMS B (64) — Yowell 22, Allen 8, Casebeer 8, Berg 6, Berlanga 6, Myers 4, Aguilar 4, Bell 2, Southern 2, Byrd 2.
