LINDSBORG — Bethany College’s women stepped out of KCAC play on Saturday as they were the open team on the conference schedule.
While the men rested, the women were a 67-44 winner over York College at Hahn Gym to improve to 7-14 overall.
Bethany’s defense was stringent, giving up just 11 points in the second half. Kimi Lindshield, the Smoky Valley product, had another huge game for the Swedes with 24 points.
Bethany plays Wednesday at KCAC leader Tabor.
