McPherson Middle School’s wrestling team opened its season earlier this week with a double dual with Goddard and Andover Central.

The Bullpups split, losing to Goddard 66-39 and defeating Andover Central, though the score wasn’t available.

“I was very happy with how they wrestled, we had some great wins and some tough losses,” MMS coach Chase Settle said.
