Enns, Nightingale spark C-G to 3rd place

SEDGWICK — Canton-Galva’s girls secured third place in the Sedgwick Invitational on Saturday with a 55-43 victory over Fairfield. 

The Eagles, who struggled offensively in the semifinals, were consistent from start to finish against the Falcons, including 16 points in the fourth quarter as they pulled away.

All-Tournament selections Cassidy Enns and Kelli Nightingale sparked the Eagles with 25 and 10 points, respectively. Enns had a monstrous second half with 21 points, including 12 of C-G’s 13 points in the third quarter.
