Yet another sweep for Hesston

HOISINGTON — A 17-4 third quarter was the difference Tuesday night for the Hesston girls, as they used that edge to spark a 49-33 road victory against Hoisington.

The Swathers had started slowly, down 12-11 after a quarter.

It was another big night for Kailey Jo Ince, as she powered her way to 18 points. Cami Richardson furnished 11.

The Hesston boys never felt comfortable in their game, as they needed a 17-12 fourth quarter to secure a 58-50 victory.

The Swathers led only 27-24 at the half.

It was a three-pronged attack for Hesston, with Zach Vogt scoring 18 points, Scott Dueksen 13 and Zach Esau 12.
