Lady Tigers swept on Friday

It was a tough day for Central Christian College’s softball team here Friday as the Lady Tigers were overmatched in a doubleheader with Northwestern Iowa.

The Red Raiders won the first game, 14-1. Morgan Hildebrandt had the only CCC hit. Kasi Kraus had an RBI. Northwestern scored 10 runs in the third inning.

The second game was more of the same, 15-2. Kraus had two hits to lead Central, while Sydney Nelson and Kristen Hall drove in runs.

Central is on the road today for two games at Bethel.
