LINDSBORG — Smoky Valley’s boys ended the regular season on a high note Tuesday as they put on a defensive clinic in a 46-32 victory over Kingman.
The Vikings staggered early, down 13-7, but they allowed only six points over the next two quarters.
Brett Heitschmidt scored 14 points to lead the way, while Jason Adams furnished 10.
The Smoky girls had another rough offensive night, losing a 44-19 decision to an athletic Eagle team.
The Vikes were down 24-8 at the half.
Allison Rose led Smoky Valley with six points.
