The SPS program (Speed, Power, Strength) has been the backbone of McPherson High athletic success.

The school has announced its summer schedule. The SPS program is open to all athletes in USD 418 who will be in grades 7-12 next year.

The goal of the program is to improve speed, power and strength, as well as reduce injury risk to the student-athletes.

All training sessions will take place at MHS, using the weight room, wrestling room, gyms and outdoor facilities.
