Sterling College’s baseball team completed a four-game sweep of McPherson College on Friday, 6-3 and 12-0.

The Bulldogs have dropped to 9-19 in the KCAC and 19-28 overall as they have lost nine of their last 10 after being in the middle of the pack for much of the season.

A four-run third inning keyed the first-game victory for Sterling. Four Bulldogs had two hits each — Trent Smith, Dylan Klava, Evan Willow and Dylan Fontenot.

The Bulldogs were held to three hits in Game 2 as Sterling is now 20-8 in KCAC play. Mac goes to Tabor next weekend for a twinbill.
