McPherson College’s women’s tennis team is one victory away from winning its third straight KCAC title as it’s now 7-0 in the conference.

The Bulldogs inched closer on Wednesday by racing past Tabor, 7-2. The only match left is against Bethany, which has only five players and will be giving away two points before the match even starts.

The Bulldogs won two of the three doubles matches and five of six singles matches against Tabor.

The Bethany match will be played at the McPherson High Tennis Complex with the starting time set for noon, unless there’s threatening weather.
