LINDSBORG — Softball powerhouse Haven rolled to a pair of victories over Smoky Valley on Thursday.

The Wildcats scored nine runs in the final two innings of Game 1 for a 12-2 success. Most of the Viking offense consisted of Katie Bellah, who had two hits, one of those a double, and she drove in both runs.

In Game 2, it was scoreless until the third when Haven scored three times, then followed that up with huge innings of six and seven runs to spark a 16-0 victory.

Kelsie Anderson and Jordan Otto had the only hits for the Vikings.

Smoky Valley is now 9-7 on the year. It plays a triangular on Tuesday at Hoisington, with Lyons the third team.

The games postponed on April 29 with Larned have been rescheduled for May 12 in Lindsborg.
