POOLER, Ga. — Bethany College’s Aspen Bryant shot a highly creditable 77 on Tuesday in the first round of the NAIA Women’s National Golf Tournament.
Bryant, the first Swede woman ever to make nationals, shot 39 on her first side and came home with a 38, making bogey on her last hole. She made seven bogeys and two birdies on her round.
Rain delayed the first round as several golfers are completing their rounds today. The second round begins once today’s first round is completed.
