A 9yo boy was killed Wednesday morning in a car accident in McPherson County.
The boy was identified as Maddox Crabtree, according to the Salina Post. He was in a car driven by Nancy Mueller of Newton.
According to the McPherson County Police Department, Mueller ran the stop sign at the intersection of Arrowhead and Old Hwy 81, near Moundridge, and collided with another vehicle driven by James Potts of Moundridge.
Both Mueller and Potts were taken to the Newton Medical center where they were treated for injuries. They have both since been released.
