McPherson College women’s soccer coach Doug Quint says he won’t have one of the larger rosters in the KCAC next season.
But he believes he’s getting to the point that with the players he’ll have, the Bulldogs are going to be a tough team for anybody to play.
Quint announced another addition to his team on Tuesday with the signing of Ana Guerrero of Santa Rosa, Calif.
Guerrero played two years at Santa Rosa Junior College where her teams were 32-7-6 overall, 19-3-6 in the conference. Last season, the Bear Cubs had a 19-1-4 record and advanced to the third round of the North California playoffs.
“I am very pleased that everything worked out the way it did for Ana to be here,” Quint said. “She’s a veteran player who will provide us with such important leadership.”
Guerrero is the ninth signing that Quint has announced as the Bulldogs look to improve on last season.
