A small airplane was on the loose Tuesday in a Moundridge field. Emergency personnel responded to a 911 call that a single engine, fixed wing aircraft was driving around with no one inside it.

According to KWCH, about 20 responders showed up to help the owner of the aircraft try to regain control of the runaway plane as it drove around in circles, but they were unable to approach it safely.

Luckily, it ran out of gas before it could cause any injuries or serious damage.
