Public Forum on Dementia Wednesday in Hesston

Hesston’s Schowalter Villa and Kidron Bethel Village of Bluestem Communities will be hosting a Public Forum on dementia this Wednesday evening, July 13, at the Hesston Mennonite Church.

Teepa Snow will be presenting, “Helping a Faith Community Care for its Members and Families Living with Dementia.”

Snow is a nationally-recognized occupational therapist who specializes in dementia care and dementia education. She has over 33 years of clinical experience in the field of geriatrics and dementia care, as well as having provided care to family members with dementing illnesses. Snow provides interactive, creative and unique educational talks.

The Hesston Mennonite Church is located at 309 S. Main St. in Hesston. The event will begin at 7:00 pm and is free for the public to attend.
