Circles of McPherson County is seeking more Allies to come join forces with the organization in their mission to help people climb out of poverty.

The next group of Circle Leaders graduates next month. It’s the biggest class to graduate in the local program so far and more allies are needed.

A Circle Ally is simply an intentional friend to someone who is working their way out of poverty.

Training for new allies will be the next three Thursday evenings beginning tonight. The evening sessions will go from 6 to 7:30 at the First United Methodist Church in McPherson. Dinner is also available before the training sessions and starts at 5:15.

For those not able to make the Thursday times, there’s also a one-day training session offered on Saturday, September 17, from 9 to 3:00 with lunch provided.
