STERLING – Six members will be inducted into the Sterling College Athletics Hall of Fame in 2016. Sterling's 11th Hall of Fame class includes four individual athletes and two teams.

Tracey Schultz '94 (women's basketball), Billie Jo "B.J." Hope '82 (football), K.C. Bassett '07 (women's basketball), Joey Gilsdorf '08 (football), and the 1992-93 men's and women's KCAC basketball championship teams make up the incoming Hall of Fame Class.

The Hall of Fame started in 1992 with the induction of nine members.

"It is a great honor for these Warriors to be inducted into such a tremendous group of individuals and teams that have shaped the course of our athletic department. We are proud to have them, forever, as part of our Sterling College Warrior family."

The induction of the 2016 Hall of Fame Class will take place at halftime of the Homecoming football game on Oct. 15th. A reception will take place at 11 a.m. at Studio 96 in Sterling. The football game will start at 1:30 p.m.
