Whitfield, Bush on All-KCAC football team

McPherson College’s football team placed two members on the All-KCAC Preseason Team announced today by the conference.

Linebacker Dalton Whitfield and defensive back Braden Bush are among the members of the defensive unit. Bush led the KCAC with six interceptions, including three against playoff team Kansas Wesleyan.

Bethany also has two players on the team, both on the offensive side — running back Nate Ocran and offensive lineman Justin Burns.

McPherson High graduate Zach Lanning was named to the defensive first team. He’s a senior at Ottawa.
