“Our first two nights of league play have been very competitive,” C-G coach Kaitlyn Bressie said. “We have played a lot of close matches. We are still figuring out where everyone belongs, but we are getting there. We were led by our strong seniors again tonight. Emily Ballantyne had 14 kills and Kelli Nightingale had 34 assists. We also had a freshman come up big tonight. Emma Ruddle added 11 kills on the night. We have some positive takeaways on the night and we will take those into practice the next few days and continue to get better.”
