Central Christian College’s Tyrone Pitter was named as the Association of Independent Institution’s Men’s Soccer Player of the Week for his performance last week.

Pitter is a junior midfielder from Paramount, Calif., and transferred to CCC this season, coming in after the season had already started.

Once he became eligible, he became an impact player. He plays central midfield and has been credited with seven assists, while scoring one goal.

In the Tigers' 6-0 win over Ozark Christian College on Homecoming last Saturday,  Pitter scored a goal on a penalty kick and recorded three assists.
