CCC spikers lose two matches

SEWARD, Neb. — Central Christian College’s volleyball team went up against two of the best teams it has faced all year on Saturday.

CCC lost to Concordia University (14-25, 15-25, 15-25) and Dakota Wesleyan (15-25, 6-25, 19-25).

CCC is now 8-23 on the season and hosts Randall University on Tuesday in the regular-season finale.

Rebekah Glessner, who had played in the basketball game on Friday, led CCC in kills with 6. Desiree Padilla had 9 digs.

Kasi Kraus had 8 kills in the second match and Padilla had 11 digs.
