Edinburgh Manor Renovation

Edinburgh Manor is an income based house development with 35 units. Built in 1989 the facility is designated for people over the age of 62 or anyone living with a qualified disability.The manor will be receieving rehab and renovations this year. The work to be done will not displace any residents during construction and will ensure the life of the facility will be extended well into the future.

Anticipated Rehab Scope: The following is under consideration for the rehabilitation scope: replacing unit flooring, appliances, cabinets and countertops, doors, plumbing fixtures, install new wireless call system and critical ADA unit upgrades. Common area needs include an updated community space with new kitchen counters, lighting, office space for service coordinator, and renovated restrooms. Laundry facilities will receive Energy Star appliances and new flooring. Site work will include sidewalk repairs, new trash enclosure, added ADA ramps, and potential for new outdoor amenities. Building exterior will receive new storm doors, lighting and soffits.
