Not so Super Monday. The Monday after the Super Bowl. America spends Super Sunday celebrating a kind of second thanksgiving. An estimated 28 million pounds of potato chips, 1 billion chicken wings and 325 million gallons of beer are consumed on the big day. All of that eating and drinking but still we tredge to work first thing on Monday, well most of us. Some 16 million will likely be calling in sick costing the country 1 billion in productivity. A petition has been circulated by the Heinz Ketchup Company to turn the day into a national holiday. Smunday, the name of the petition, has over 50,000 signatures already and growing. You can go to to weigh in with your opinion.
