POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. — A second game in 24 hours, seven players available and playing the No. 10 team in the country was a bad combination for Central Christian College’s women’s basketball team on Wednesday.

The road-weary Tigers, who had played Tuesday in Oklahoma, had little energy in a 92-24 setback.

Central was just 10 of 45 for the game. Kelsey Grimaldo was the top scorer with 7 points. CCC was down 24-9 after a quarter and 46-16 at the half.

The Lady Tigers are scheduled to play an exhibition game Saturday at Rogers State of Oklahoma, their eighth in row on the road, before finally coming home Tuesday against Grace. The Tigers beat Grace 57-50 in their first meeting this year.

CCC (24) — Floyd 2, Glessner 4, Grimaldo 7, Banks 3, Hearne 3, Gonzales 3, Redenbaugh 2.

Ozarks (92) — McMenamy 8, Simmerman 13, Cleeton 9, Johnson 14, Windom 10, Brethower 4, Forrest 2, Wells 7, Smith 7, Roberts 7, Underdown 5, Estes 6.
