What seemed to be a normal baseball game Monday night at Light Capital Diamond got away in the middle innings for McPherson College’s Bulldogs against Tabor.

The Bluejays led only 2-1 in the fourth, but came up with eight runs, then added 12 more in the fifth to key a 25-7 rout to win the rubber game of the series.

Tabor crushed seven homers, while Mac received a longball from Darrian Moss. The Bulldogs are now 11-13 in the KCAC and 23-26 overall.

The Bulldogs and Central Christian College play a single game tonight at Light Capital Diamond, with the first pitch set for 6:00.
