McPherson High boys basketball coach Kurt Kinnamon has announced the dates for his annual summer camps.

The first camp is May 30-June 2. The second session will be June 26 and then June 28-30. This is for boys and girls who will be in grades K-8 in the fall of 2017.

Both sessions will be at McPherson High School in the Auxiliary Gym or the Roundhouse.

Kinnamon is in his 31st year of running camps and has been on the camp staffs at the University of Kansas, Indiana University and North Carolina University.

Session features are talks and instruction by former Bullpups, fundamental skill stations, games and contests where everyone is a winner, 8-foot goals for younger players and use of “The Gun,” a shooting machine.

The cost for one session is $60 for one camper, $85 for two campers and $105 for an entire family. If you attend both sessions, the fee is $95 for one camper, $115 for two campers and $130 for an entire family.

Any camper who takes part in both sessions receives two complimentary 45-minute small group tutoring sessions with former Bullpup star Kyler Kinnamon and coach Kinnamon during the month of July.
