Bulldog harriers picked 3rd, 9th

McPherson College’s men’s cross country team is expected to make a run for the KCAC championship this fall, while the women were picked to finish in the second division as preseason polls were announced today.

The Mac men were picked third, trailing only powerhouse Saint Mary and Kansas Wesleyan.

Southwestern, York and Sterling round out the top half.

Friends is No. 7, followed by Tabor, Ottawa, Oklahoma Wesleyan, Bethany and Bethel.

The Friends women were picked to win the title, with Saint Mary and Kansas Wesleyan next in line. Completing the upper half of the picks were Southwestern, Ottawa and Sterling.

Tabor was tabbed No. 7 to headline the second division, followed by Bethany, McPherson College, York, Oklahoma Wesleyan and Bethel.
