UDALL — The Kim Rolfs volleyball era started on Tuesday for Little River and the outcome was a win and two losses in a quad.
Fairfield outlasted the Redskins 25-21, 27-25 in the opener. Little River came back for a 25-22, 25-21 over ACCA of Arkansas City. In the finale, Udall defeated Little River 25-17, 25-14.
“Overall for our first night I was pleased with our efforts with the exception of our last match,” Rolfs said. “The girls understanding what they can bring to the team and do it at a consistent rate is crucial to our success. The team is improving each week, we just need to keep that going and good things will happen. Our JV also finished the night 1-2. Again competed well and seeing much improvement from our younger girls.”
