SHAWNEE, Okla. — Oklahoma Baptist University’s women’s soccer team was everything it was expected to be as it dealt Central Christian College a 4-1 setback on Tuesday.

Central was down 4-0 to the powerful Bison before Isabel Sierra prevented the shutout for the Tigers with a goal.

Central, now 1-3, kept OBU off the board in the first half, but the Bison’s talent kicked in after the break with a barrage of scores.

Goldie Bougher was pelted with shots in the CCC goal, but did come away with 12 saves.

Central plays Friday at Dakota Wesleyan and Saturday at Mount Marty, two more very strong teams as the Tigers are playing a loaded schedule.
