Central Christian College’s volleyball team dropped a Sooner Athletic Conference match with St. Gregory’s here Friday.

The visitors came to town for 25-16, 25-17 and 25-10 wins.

Kasi Kraus topped CCC with 5 kills, Hannah Fredrickson turned in a 15-assist effort and Desiree Padilla had 14 digs.

Central is now 0-2 in the SAC and 2-5 overall.

“The girls looked better tonight than last night, but we struggled at the net all match, hitting in the negative a majority of the time," Central coach Jeremy Manning said. "We were very timid on defense and let a lot of tipped balls fall. These last two days were an eye-opener for us to see what awaits us in the Sooner Conference. We will be in the gym all week fixing our issues and look to get back on the right track by Friday when we travel to play Bacone."
