SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. — John Brown University showed why it may be the volleyball team to beat in the Sooner Athletic Conference.

The Golden Eagles inflicted 25-11, 25-10, 25-8 setbacks on Central Christian College on Saturday to move to 3-0 in the SAC and 11-2 overall.

Central, which had just recorded its first conference victory against Bacone on Friday, dropped to 1-3 in the SAC, 3-6 overall.

The main stats of note for Central were Hannah Fredrickson coming up with 10 assists and Desiree Padilla notching 10 digs. Central had only 12 kills in the three sets.

Central plays Wednesday at Haskell.
