Central Christian College’s basketball teams are still looking for their initial wins in the Sooner Athletic Conference.

The Tigers will try to break through tonight when they host Bacone College for a doubleheader, with the women starting the action at 6:00. The men's game should tip off about 8:00 at Alexander Arena.

The Central men, 0-3 in the SAC and 5-4 overall, have a good chance to break through. Bacone comes in 0-1 in the SAC and has just one win in six games overall.

Central is coming off a difficult loss to John Brown, a game it led by as many as 19 points in the first half and was up 43-36 at the half before scoring just 29 points after the break.

The last action for Bacone was an 88-78 loss to Southwestern Christian.

It could be another tough test for the CCC women, now 0-3 in the SAC and 1-10 overall. Bacone is 4-2 so far this season, but 0-1 in the SAC. It was outlasted 82-78 by Southwestern Christian in its most recent action.
