McPherson High’s Wyatt Seidl was recognized on Tuesday for being selected to play in the Kansas Shrine Bowl Football Game.

Seidl was first-team All-State for Class 4A Division I and was the Offensive MVP of the Ark Valley Chisholm Trail League Division III for his play in the offensive line.

He also was a tremendous defensive end, earning first-team honors at that position.

The game is scheduled for Saturday, July 28, at Carnie Smith Stadium on the campus of Pittsburg State University.

Seidl will be signing a football letter of intent today with Fort Hays State.
