Central Christian College Athletic Director Chad Kerr has announced that the college and Dr. Marc Robertson have inked a deal making Robertson Chiropractic Center the official Chiropractor of CCC Athletics.

Robertson has been practicing in McPherson since March 1, 2009, and has established a highly respected practice in the McPherson area. He played football and baseball in college during his undergraduate work at Sterling College, and has a passion for athletes and the sports they play. That passion has developed into his life calling. Before receiving his doctorate in Chiropractic medicine, Robertson spent three years working as the Athletic Trainer at his alma mater.

Kerr is excited the direction the CCC Athletic Training department is heading saying, “This is another step in the advancement of our Athletic Program here at Central Christian.  This is a win-win for all involved, Dr. Robertson, Central Christian and most importantly our student-athletes.” He also hinted at this being just the beginning of some additions to the Athletic Training department saying, “Both myself and head athletic trainer Lacey Martinez are working on some other advancements that could happen at the first of the year.”

The plan is to have Robertson come on to CCC’s campus on an every-other-week basis to consult with the CCC student-athletes and provide treatment as necessary. He will begin seeing athletes after the new year when the students return from Christmas Break Jan. 6.
