DERBY — Several members of the MAC Wrestling Club competed in two separate tournaments here this weekend.
Saturday was the Tom Faust Memorial Tournament. Aaron Handlin was second for MAC in the 10-and-under, 150 class, while Jonah Scott was fifth at 10-and-under, 130.
Also competing were Lorenzo Cruzen, Collin Pearson and Neill Raymond.
The novice portion of the Tom Faust Tournament was contested Sunday.
MAC had three wrestlers take first – Bishop Brown (6-and-under, 49), Treyton Pelnar (8-and-under, 55) and Tucker Pelnar (8-and-under, 58).
Mason Thrash was second at 12-and-under, 130.
Next action for the team is this upcoming Saturday at Beloit.
