Grease Ordinance Informational Meeting Coming up in Early January

A DRAFT Ordinance related to Grease Management for Food Service Facilities that outlines NEW requirements for the control of Grease discharging into the City’s Public Sewer Mains.

This DRAFT Ordinance will outline information on; Facility Inspections, Permit Requirements, Low Flow Conditional Waivers, New Facility Requirements and Existing Facility Requirements, Records Maintenance, Interceptors, Interceptor Pumping and Maintenance, Enforcement, Notice of Violations, Grease Haulers, and Fees Associated.

This Ordinance is a DRAFT Ordinance and will be adopted after input from the Public Informational Meeting that will be held on January 6th, 2014 at the McPherson Community Building, located at 122 E. Marlin St, McPherson, KS.
