The long and winding road continues this weekend for the Central Christian College basketball teams.

Coming off trips to Lawrence and Bartlesville, Okla., the CCC teams pack up and move out twice again this weekend, going Friday to Point Lookout, Mo., to play College of the Ozarks and then Saturday to Conway, Ark., to play Central Baptist College.

Both CCC teams are a bit wounded. The CCC men have dropped to 1-4 in the conference after entering 14-2. The Lady Tigers are seeking their first conference win in six tries and are 8-14 overall.

The Tiger men can catch Ozarks with a win on Friday, as the Bobcats are 2-3 in the MCAC, though 14-6 overall. The chore is much more difficult for the women as Ozarks is 4-1 in the MCAC and ranked No. 16 in the country. It is 16-5 overall and 10-0 at home.

Saturday could provide a respite. Both Central Baptist teams are 0-5 in the MCAC.
