Moundridge’s girls took care of business Thursday in the first round of the Haven Wildcat Classic, routing Kingman 55-29 to set up a semifinal game tonight with Class 5A Buhler.

The Wildcats and Crusaders play at 6 p.m., while top-seed Cheney and Haven meet in the other semifinal.

No scoring was reported for the Moundridge game.

Likewise for the Inman and Little River girls’ games. The Teutons lost 33-21 to Conway Springs in the semifinals of the Sedgwick Invitational, while Little River defeated Bennington 49-43 in the Hilltop Hoops Classic in Great Bend.

Also at Sedgwick, Canton-Galva’s girls were a 44-36 winner over Belle Plaine. Erika Smith and Cassidy Enns delivered a 1-2 punch with 15 points apiece. C-G was up 26-9 at the half and cruised from there.
