Central Christian College’s basketball teams are home for the final time this weekend.

Tonight, CCC hosts Haskell, with game times 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oklahoma Wesleyan comes calling for Senior Day, with game times 3 and 5 p.m.

The CCC men are 2-8 in the KCAC, but 16-10 overall. Haskell is a team that is quite beatable as it is 2-8, 6-18.

Saturday’s foe, Oklahoma Wesleyan, is 8-2 in the MCAC and 18-6 overall.

Tigers to be honored are Aaron Miller, Kris Quant and Scott Brooks, as it’s a young Central team that coach Tony Romero puts on the floor. Miller has a chance for a boatload of postseason honors, averaging 21.3 points a game and also is among the MCAC leader in assists and steals.

The Lady Tigers are 0-10 in the MCAC and 8-18 overall. Haskell enters the game 4-6 and 10-16. Oklahoma Wesleyan’s women are 7-2 in the MCAC, 14-10 overall.

Harley Pate is the only senior for Central and she’ll be honored during the afternoon as coach Chris Honeck, like Romero, has a young team.

Central closes the season next weekend with a pair of road games.
